Barbara Willard
On the 17th day of June in 1996, Barbara Willard mysteriously disappeared from her Jay, Oklahoma home. After an exhautive search for her, the family went to local law enforcement to seek help. 10 days later, her vehicle was found abandoned in a ravine. Upon further investigation, pieces of clothing were found hanging out of the trunk and gas tank. The car had been saturated in transmission fluid as if the culprit(s) intended to burn the vehicle. Blood and tissue samples found in the trunk were a match for the DNA of Ms. Willard. After 4 long years, her body has yet to be located, and no arrests or convictions have been made. The case file kept by local law enforcement has somehow vanished as mysteriously as Barbara. Her family would like to ask for your help in locating her or the person(s) responsible for her disappearance.
